The GS PMO Program Analyst will report to the GS PMO Lead. The office location for the GS PMO Analyst is Chennai.
Desired Skills and Experience
Overall at-least 7 – 10 years of experience; with at-least 4+ years as a project or program manager, and 2+ years PMO experience.
In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications.
Understanding of different SDLC’s such as waterfall and Agile.
Focus on professional services vs. product development – account management, client service and/or management consulting experience.
Successful candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, organizational effectiveness focus and a drive to improve business results.
Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
A demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and apply new project management tools and processes to a growing organization.
Worked in an organization or role to help build the operations/reporting of professional services organization.
Work with Project or Program Managers to enhance process and tools.
Able to work with individuals and improve their skills and capabilities through one-on-one interaction or through organizational training materials.
Technology experience or awareness in the following:
Project Management scheduling, resourcing and communications tools.
Experience with Excel/Macros. PowerPoint.
CRM/Salesforce or ERP platform.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Financial Force PSA and/or Domo.
Use of social media and training technologies to interact with a professional community.
