What you might be doing on a typical day:
Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web
Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism
Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back

The basic stuff you'll need:
Superior customer service skills and team work
Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
Exceptional written business communication skills
Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills
Higher secondary school certification required, college degree preferred
The passion and drive to make a difference
Experience in a service industry such as BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer service-oriented organization preferred
Must live in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad (assistance provided)
Should have a broadband connection with minimum speed of 15 MBPS.
