What you'll do:
Identify/Develop/Execute online marketing strategies, creating compelling campaigns to accelerate lead generation, revenue growth, drive traffic to our websites, increase sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and nurture our existing database of leads.
Provide direction for strategic decision making by analyzing each Demand Gen channel, identifying and understanding changes that drop/increase quality and quantity within each funnel
Responsible for lead generation using Paid & Organic channels - SEO, SEM, Linkedin Ads,Social Media, Display, Content Marketing, ABM advertising platform, and Marketing Automation.
Improve operational processes and reporting related to lead generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend.
Strong skills in allocating and optimizing digital media spend based on ongoing campaign results.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience & messaging.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Keeping up with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing world and ready to implement.
What you'll need
Experience in B2B online marketing. Preferably in a high growth Product based company in the US and Europe Markets.
Must have handled a decent amount of online promotion budgets.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling online marketing channels.
Google Adwords, Analytics certified not a must, be will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools preferred.
Strong analytical skills
Post Graduation is a must, preferably Management studies with Marketing or Sales as specialization.
Good with Written and Oral communication.
