Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will have to coordinate with the senior manager in

  • Onboarding Process
  • Attendance and Leave Management
  • Performance Management
  • Database Management, Reports and Organisation Structure
  • Coordinating in Policy and Process.
  • Employee Engagement
  • HRIS
  • Separation Management

Required Experience and Qualifications
The HR Executive objective will be to support the organization within every area of a company's human resources operations.

Required Experience

  • Total experience (Year wise) : 1-2 years
  • Experience Work wise in capacity of: Experience in handling HR Life cycle.
  • Preferred Industry/ Company: Any
  • Desired Qualification: Preferably an MBA/PGDBM in HR

Other Specific Requirement:

  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent computer skills. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹21,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
