- Attendance and Leave Management
- Performance Management
- Database Management, Reports and Organisation Structure
- Coordinating in Policy and Process.
- Employee Engagement
- Separation Management
Required Experience and Qualifications
The HR Executive objective will be to support the organization within every area of a company's human resources operations.
- Total experience (Year wise) : 1-2 years
- Experience Work wise in capacity of: Experience in handling HR Life cycle.
- Preferred Industry/ Company: Any
- Desired Qualification: Preferably an MBA/PGDBM in HR
Other Specific Requirement:
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Excellent computer skills. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹21,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
