Job Summary : IT Recruiter will manage full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Another important role of IT Recruiter will be data sourcing for different designations of IT industry.
Since IT recruiter is responsible for the IT related jobs only, candidate must have a strong hand on recruitment of IT personnel’s, strong communication and inter-personal skills, proficient in MS-Office or any HRM software, deep knowledge about various job portals and assessment of candidates which is required in IT field and well versed in sourcing candidates for employment.
Qualification : Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience : 1-2 years (Preferably in IT background)
Responsibilities and Duties :
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn and other portals).
Screen incoming resumes and schedule candidates for interview.
Shortlist candidates with different interview rounds and finalize the candidates for joining.
Give Induction to new joining’s and introduce them to their team and monitor their performance.
Keep candidate data up-to-date and utilize it as per company requirements.
Find replacement of candidates as per company requirements.
