We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional who can lead our talent acquisition function globally. In this role you will be responsible for both conceptualizing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that ensures that ZoomRx is able to attract and select the best talent possible.

The following job description is envisioned for a senior leadership role at ZoomRx. Please note that this role is evolving in nature and the role occupant can be expected to take on new responsibilities as the organisation and team grow.

What do you do as the Talent Acquisition Director?
Strategy & Process Management
-
Lead the development, implementation and optimization of ZoomRx’s talent acquisition strategy across regions.

Develop and monitor effective region-specific talent acquisition processes.

Define and track metrics to evaluate the functioning of the talent acquisition team overall.

Contribute as a subject matter expert in the development of talent policies and programs.
Business Partnering

Collaborate with function leadership to understand needs, and develop appropriate talent sourcing, and selection plans.

Develop sourcing and forecasting models using historical data and business goals.

Partner with HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategy with overall HR strategy.

Identify key external partners (vendors, universities, etc.) and cultivate beneficial relationships.
Team Management

Function as the line manager for talent acquisition managers, with overall responsibility for achieving talent acquisition team goals.

Function as a mentor for the talent acquisition team.

Executive Selection:

Actively lead sourcing efforts for senior-level talent in ZoomRx.

What skills and competencies will help you succeed?

Minimum of 12 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.

Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory/leadership experience in corporate recruitment.
