Job Description
Responsibilities
o Deploy lean management system practices to support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
o Develop and provide metrics to measure process quality and inform business decisions
o Manage cross-functional teams, including project management, planning, organizing, and executing complex initiatives across multiple entities and stakeholders
o Demonstrated ability to effectively interpret data and measure performance
o Build strong partnerships with leaders to understand improvement opportunities
o Facilitate sessions with all levels of the organization
o Strong track record developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
o Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in challenging situations
o Develop and mentor peers on their operational excellence skillset and support delivery
Qualifications
o Expertise in lean six sigma (green belt +) and Kaizen
o Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and work across organizational boundaries
o Degree in engineering or other fields of study with complex problem solving
o Mastery of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel
