SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The candidate will be responsible for end to end Business Financial and Accounting Operations and contribute diligently to financial and accounting responsibilities.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Handle all finance & accounting needs
Ensure internal compliance
Ensure statutory compliance

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taation & Statutory Compliances – direct-indirect commercial taes (inclusive of Income Ta, Sales Ta and Service Ta, Ecise, Customs, Import, CST, VAT, GST), Transfer pricing, ta-planning, computation & filing of taes/statutory reports/returns, internal audit.
Accounts Management–records, day to day activities, monitoring books of accounts & General Ledger.
Budget Compilation & Monitoring – tracking all department budgets and proactively highlighting concerns and issues.
Accounts Payable & Receivable – reviewing & managing account balances & monthly settlements periodically.
Asset Control –keeping track of asset inventory and status.
Key Financial Reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements.
Reporting – Managing and Maintaining: multiple reports, ad-hoc reports, reports to management (MIS).
Auditing – coordinating with statutory auditor and finalizing the Financials
Handling/Coordinating trade finance – Investing, Hedging, Letter of Credit & Bank guarantees (ABG/PBG).
Fund Management – Investments, Debts, Loans
Handling Insurance related activities from obtaining cover and up to claim settlement/closure.
He should understand SEZ, EOU, DTA & DST Regulations

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistance in Budgeting & Forecasting.
Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
Graduate (B Com, B.Sc. or BE/B.Tech)
Preferred: Intermediate CA (at least 3yrs article-ship)/CA / Cost Accountant/ M.Com./ MBA (Finance)

WORK EPERIENCE:
Eperience in
Accounting Softwares (Intuit QuickBooks) and ERP (SAP, Quickbase etc)
Engineered Process Systems Manufacturing, EPC, Project Department of Chemical Manufacturing Company
Direct and Indirect Taes in India. Knowledge of Goods & Service Ta (GST)

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAININGS:
Relevant certifications/licenses/training preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Ability to work with eternal and internal stakeholders, including banks and statutory authorities.
Should be a quick learner and should keep themselves abreast with latest rules and regulations, sharp memory
Good computer skills (MS Office suite – Advanced Ecel, Word).
Desirable Skills – Knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks, Ability for development of SOPs and other necessary documentation, Knowledge or Eperience of: Compliances and duty eemption process related to EOU/SEZ/STPI/DSIR, Project cost accounting and Project allocations
