The Global Product Systems and Development team at Expeditors is responsible for leading the development of the business applications that enable execution of Expeditors’ revenue-generating transportation products by our branches. We are hiring a Business Analyst II, who will be responsible for leading a Scrum team building transportation management software.
The BA will play PO role in SAFe and will lead their team by setting the vision and defining the functional outcome for software the team will deliver. They are accountable to both Product Management and business stakeholders to deliver customer value through the team’s software products. The PO has a fundamental understanding of the business and/or technical domain for which the team is responsible. Most importantly, the PO will serve as the customer proxy to guide their team’s development priorities to meet the long-term product vision, customer feedback, and market opportunities by insuring that the highest value features are developed and delivered to users using SAFe Lean-Agile development practices.
