Key skills required for the job are:
Business Analysis-L3 (Mandatory)
Five years business analysis experience in progressively responsible positions with strong knowledge in functional specification/user story writing and technical aspects of software development lifecycle.
Responsible for understanding and documenting the automation needs for customer contact center. Activities may involve IT solution landscape analysis to identify potential automation opportunities, manage/document business requirements, ensure functional test coverage, support business user acceptance tests, support roll-out and manage functional support of application post go-live. The role is responsible for owning up end to end business automation requirements and ensuring appropriate solution scoping, appropriate sign offs from business stakeholders.
