Roles & Responsibilities:
Working with the team on transactions wherein the role shall include understanding the operations of the client companies, evaluate their financial position, determining the challenges and opportunities, etc.
Preparing Information Memorandums and Financial Models to be presented to various stake holders such as lenders and investors
Research multiple industries including undertaking peer analysis and identification of key transaction trends along with the macro business drivers.
Engaging in various resolution cases under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) while working on multiple roles like Process Advisor for the Resolution Professional, Evaluation Advisor for the Committee of Creditors and Advisor to Resolution Applicants for drafting of the resolution plan.
Working on different business restructuring cases outside CIRP by implementing the prevailing restructuring models.
Supporting the team in analyzing company financials, identifying new business opportunities and preparing pitch books.
