Job Title – Associate Business Analyst
The Purpose of This Role
Defined Benefits - File Processing team supports our business partners in the US in servicing corporate / institutional customers in pension benefits administration vertical. Team is involved to work with multiple stakeholders (CSM/ODL, Operations team, Technology team) across the define benefits group to gather, validate and deliver the pension data to our client/actuaries. This is done through a series of processes, both technical and non-technical, that helps our clients to use data for benefits funding.
The Value You Deliver
Responsible for end to end production and delivery of Val File, including spec review, test phases, all validations and formatting, delivery, interacting with stakeholders, and all follow-up, feedback responses, annual reports and post-cycle wrap-up.
Work closely with upstream and downstream processes for the overall final pension data to the end client/actuaries as per the SLA’s.
Perform detailed research and analyses on the Val File data questions received from client / actuaries and provide recommendations on solutions - data corrections, workarounds and/ or spec / logic updates and work with Ops team, tech team, CSM/ODL and resolve the issues.

Technical / Behavioral
Strong knowledge on SQL/PLSQL, Advanced excel, Access & Outlook.
US Defined Benefits knowledge.
Hands on experience in areas of issue research, analysis, documentation, testing, data validation.
Excellent logical reasoning and analytical thinking, decision making, data problem solving skills.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
3 – 4 years of experience in the domain Defined Benefits with experience in data analysis, research and resolution process.
Graduate in any stream with relevant domain knowledge.
