Making service calls. Identifying client requirement and updating the same in adherence to the prescribed processes.
Handling inbound queries from clients, answering preliminary queries and connecting them to the right coordinates based on clients’ requirements.
Updating online and social media platforms with content and data as directed.
Collecting data and content from various online platforms.
Qualification & Experience:
Candidate should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade. Diploma/ Graduation will be preferred.
The candidate should be fluent in speaking English & Hindi.
Should have a prior work experience as a Telecaller in any company / Customer-Service representative role.
Should be a resident of Jodhpur / nearby areas.
Exposure of working as a telecaller in the Real Estate industry would be an added advantage.
The candidate should have a basic knowledge of MS-Excel.
