About the Job Role:
As a part of Globals team, supporting Globals ITes business, Work with entire team to coordinate all client service activities of government entities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This position is critical in building client advocacy and ensuring continued profitability of the company by setting and maintaining high service standards for the company. Creating positive client experiences, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling the team and coordinating with the management to achieve the goals.
Business Development and Lead Generation
Client relationship management, Cold calling
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, approaching, meeting and converting the leads.
Overseeing the company’s sales budget in Software Sales
People from FMCG sales do not apply.
Creation and publication of all Sales material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Preparing online marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of Sales communications.
Creating a wide range of different materials for successful sales.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of objectives.
Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company.
Will be expected to build a healthy and sustainable pipeline to meet and over achieve aggressive monthly quotas.
This person must have the ability to scale fast and must build an excellent knowledge of his territory to establish relationships within a strong list of contacts to leverage business opportunities
Additionally, this person must be have the ability to build connections with C-level / VP / GM level executives and have a solid grasp of successful industry specific Sales strategies.
Proven Track record of driving customer success
Minimum Requirements :
Effective Oral / Written Communication skills.
Candidate should be independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
Excellent telephonic/email Etiquette.
Passion towards lead generation.
Good with customer follow-up.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts.
Must be self-motivated and directed and have strong follow up skills
Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint.
If able to communicate in Kannada is added advantage.
Ready to travel across Bangalore/India and meet clients regularly.
Minimum qualifications :
Requires a bachelor's degree of business or marketing
UG: Any Graduate
PG: MBA –Sales and Marketing
