Our accumulated knowledge and experience has been gathered into one dedicated Research & Development team which is in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai (the headquarters of Nubello Aesthetics).Role: Team Leader Tele-SalesLooking to hire experienced and designated female Team leaders from the Health Sector for our leading Health Care Center.Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing a team of 6-8 officers handling inbound calls/ Outbound Calls
Manage Team to deliver on Quality, Call productivity, Sales, and Shrinkage as per the defined benchmarks
Manage Floor to monitor discipline on the floor, resolve officers queries to assist customers, raise issues to respective dept. for resolution, update officers on process/product updates, workstation availability, shrinkage, etc.
Would handle a team of approx. 10 inbound customer care executives
