Engineering & Business Service Center, Global Logistics Services, Ext. Towers & Capex
This role is a part of Global Logistics services (EBSC)
Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
Assists in issuing and tracking production orders, ensuring that required materials are supplied to the production floor, as according to the production schedule
Follow-up as required with all internal stake holders to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation
Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and inventory
Tracks the progress of goods as they are being manufactured to ensure they remain on schedule
Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting
May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency
Graduation in Engineering
7- 10 yrs. of experience as a Planner dealing with end to end SCM
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Expertise with SAP
Good talent for analytics
Good English written and verbal communication skills and able to speak with conviction
Highly self-motivated, motivated work ethic, keen attention to details and exceptional customer service orientation
Excellent in stakeholder management and with professional communication skills at all levels
Efficient Team player - ready to work at extreme work loads
Innovative mind set to explore potential opportunities & propose changes within sphere of influence
Planning, coordinating and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.
Understands the manufacturing process thoroughly, Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
Know Business stakeholders' requirements & expectations
Analytical & ability to resolve operational issues with ease.
SQL, Macros, knowledge in creating/handling excel based automation tools
