We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities
Work closely with our Sales teams globally to achieve strategic business goals, and build a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, including Google Ads products.
Coach the team’s overall development and identify career development opportunities for them.
Develop and implement best practices for delivery, interaction with Sales teams, sharing knowledge of the clients and industry vertical, and leading the team in becoming our clients’ trusted advisors. Train and coach the team to become experts in building and managing campaigns and in proposing marketing solutions.
Understand account plans, ensure delivery in line with account plans and client objectives, and continually identify opportunities. Suggest interventions such that the Sales team is able to deliver against client objectives and goals.
Oversee business development for new markets and expansion scope for existing markets.
