We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager with knowledge and experience of working in product-oriented technology teams. The HR Manager would work with senior leadership to integrate progressive human resource practices with the overall operational and business strategy of the company.
The HR manager will
Partner with the leadership to build high-performing teams
Drive growth and performance of individual team members
Implement latest practices to assess performance, morale, and gaps in the team structure in software companies.
Build talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies.
Advise on company policies and ensuring regulatory compliances are met at all times.
Assist in building and executing goal setting activities of the company.
Oversee other general HR functions along with the company leadership.
The HR Manager candidate should have:
2-5 years of experience working in product-oriented technology companies (we could consider an application if your experience years falls outside this range but you fulfil the other criteria)
Experience working with start-ups in the scale-up phase is preferred
In-depth knowledge of software product team composition and dynamics
In-depth knowledge of OKRs, MBOs, and other similar frameworks
Proven planning and organization skills with ability to handle multiple objectives simultaenously
A graduate degree in related disciplines or an undergraduate with substantial experience
Excellent communication skills and an empathetic mindset
Creative and innovative bent
Indian nationals looking for sabbatical from large firms in the US/European are welcome
People from tech companies looking to switch to HR because of their passion will also be considered
Pune, New Delhi, or as required by the company. However, in response to the viral threat, teams are working remotely at this time.
