Qualifications & Skills required:
Administration

Primary support for Senior Manager(s)

Maintain calendar , setting up meetings and ensuring coordination of all engagements for the day.

Raise system access through various request based tools

Mail group maintenance

Inventory management - paper, cartridge and stationery supplies

Call Tree results co-ordination

Support on key business initiatives related to MIS /follow ups etc.

MIS

Track Leavers / Movers / Joiners and provide regular MIS to management and HR.

Preparation /Maintenance of weekly and monthly Metrics / Error tracking

Prepare and publish Organization Chart / Headcount reports

Regular updation of the Business Dashboard

Headcount updates to Finance

Prepare /Maintain Operations Heat map/scorecard with respect to errors, training, mandatory leave, overtime, Information Risk Management checklist etc.

Assist in presentations for business reviews

Training, Leave and Travel Management

Track Mandatory training completion

Co-ordination for Reward & Recognition

Transport roster and meal co-ordination for the department

Provide support for visiting executives / senior managers.

Co-ordinate domestic and international travel.

Accounts and Vendor Management

Provide accruals for expenses to Finance

Track consultants and process their payments

Expense administration and accounts payable

Graduate with significant experience in a similar capacity attached to a Senior Executive

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to engage at very senior levels in the organization
