IT COO- ITID Business performance management across 3 core areas: commercial / financial / or headcount / resource management
The Associate Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of ITID financials. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth disciplinary knowledge to generate and analyze reports as well as contribute to the development of new techniques to improve processes and work-flow.
Address strategic issues on an ad hoc basis that are complementary to the regular planning and analysis processes
Maintaining the Annual Operating plan consisting of Global Third Party, People and Depreciation Costs
Maintaining the breakdown by Country/ Business Function and Cost type for periodic reporting
Capturing the Boundary Transfer and Other budget movements globally and within the functions and communicate the weekly changes to the stakeholders
Generate flash results/highlights reports and Executive Management reports
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Contribute to the development of review material for internal leadership and external regulator reviews
Maintaining the Annual Supply Chain Optimization (saves target)
Understanding the save models and the splits by country and Function
Ensuring the Projected Saves are hitting the Country ledgers by liaising with the country contacts directly
Excellent Excel skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Qlik view and other reporting systems
Knowledge of Apptio preferred
Demonstrated presentation skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
