Designation: Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Minimum experience : 2 Yrs to 4 Yrs / Fresher
Job location: Chennai
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• To design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- To develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- To perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges etc.
- To source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- To screen candidates resumes and job applications
- To conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter
candidates within schedule
- To assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- To act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection
process
- To promote companys reputation as best place to work
- To provide weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS on open mandates
- To coordinate with offered candidates until joining
