As a Support Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination with Vendors and its related services to US and international customers. Also responsible for timely reporting to management about daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly performance figures.

Should have good understanding of vendor selection, negotiation, contract management and vendor on-boarding.
Must know about the Procurement of IT Services.
Should have understanding in SOW, SOP, SLA, MSA, RFQs, RFIs, NDA Agreements etc.
Should have good understanding of Sales Order and Purchase Order.
Hands on experience in MS Excel.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should have problem-solving attitude to handle the critical cases.
Must have an idea of Vendor survey and Vendor Service Dispatch (Dispatch Field Engineers at site location).
Should have out of the box thinking to take initiative to resolve the queries.
Should be self-driven and must have the ability to take critical decisions when and where required.
Should be well versed with customer/ vendor handling and internal team coordination.
Should be proactive to sense the customer’s/vendors.
Should have experience in escalation handling.
