Responsible for answering IT requests via phone, email, live chat or instant message and explaining solutions in technical and nontechnical terms. Monitoring IT infrastructure and escalate the issue to right person.
Setup and move equipment for employee use.
Managing Thinclient, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse and VoIp phone.
Monitor and escalate the service issues to L2 – Internet , VoIP and Server.
Adhere to company policies.
Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Basic Understanding of PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices etc.
Basic knowledge of networking.
Desire to learn and grow with a team.
Flexible in working 24/7 environment.
