A) Core Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Targets
o Achieve disbursement volumes as per budget
o Achieve Budgeted Pricing and maintain DDSA payouts as per budget
o Allocate targets to CRE’s and monitor target achievement
o Maintain TAT as per market standard and continuously reduce Error rate
o Ensure zero error in adherence (by the team) to policies and systems including KYC guidelines and regulatory norms
  • Channel/Distribution Management
o Conduct meetings with dealers on a regular basis and ensure continuous engagement with the dealers with minimum to no gaps in adherence.
o Identify new dealers and ensure empanelment as per policy to increase geographical reach
o Ensure resolution of dealer issues and manage payouts
  • Sales Team Management
o Monitor productivity of CRE’s and TL’s on a daily basis
o Train and motivate CRE’s and TL’s
  • Customer Relationship Management
o Ensure collection of first EMI post disbursement from customer
o Minimize delinquency
