The recepitionist will be responsible for clerical and front office task in our Pune office. The main role is to greet the external and internal stakeholders, handle the incoming phone calls, spend maximum time at the front desk and provide general administrative and clerical support as an when required – this could include security and housekeeping staff.
The individual will be closely working with the Administration Head and will be supporting the admin team in coordination.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Greet new joinee’s ,internal stakeholders, clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Assisting external stakeholders to the meeting rooms and updating the concerned personnel
Receiveing calls at front desk and transferring calls as necessary
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
Day to day admin work-like handling of stationery,forms, report and courier parcel and bills management
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintaining the data which is part of crisis management
Ensuring the biometric enrollment of new joiners
Preparing daily and weekly reports of activities performed and sharing with supervisor
Cordinating and ensuring the smooth execution of temporary card allotment to visitors during recruitment process
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures , rules and regulations.
Ready to extend support based on the business requirements.
Verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowldege of other languages is an advantage.
Should have customer service orientation skills
Focused and have an attention to details
Good in information management
Multi- tasker and proactive approach
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate /Bachelors degree with 5- 7 years of experience in releated field
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Demonstrates experience of working within a dynamic, flexible and fast paced environment with a high work ethic.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Preferrable if they have experience working in a global company.
