Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring timely, prompt and efficient delivery and implementation of all HR services, policies and programs for MyOperator.
Responsible for streamlining the entire HR function for the assigned region/location.
Ensure proper implementation and smooth functioning of the HR framework and policies.
Competency mapping, handling employee engagement activities, appraisal and performance management.
To participate in the project like Onboarding, personal file Management, Background verification to reduce transaction, savings cost and meeting the objective.
To drive the Culture of Hustle, to devise process, policies, rituals to drive Hustle culture.
Provides general oversight of all activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
Assures proper salary processing, leave balances and complaints of employees.
Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff.
Keep a track of all HR related documents and policies required for individual employees.
Handles detailed, complex concepts and problems balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
HR Database updation with accuracy, Timely processing of F&F in 45 days from relieving date.
Work towards building effective systems, processes & policy to track, manage & record attendance & leave records of the employees.
Manage Employee grievance & conflicts through interventions & one-on-one meetings.
Ensure that all the actions are taken in strict adherence to the HR Policies & Processes.
Execute all initiatives taken by HQ related to R&R, Employee.
Engagement, Event, Festival Celebrations, Fun@work, etc at the local level.

Requirements:
Proven experience in HR operations i.e payroll, appraisal, leave management, labor compliance.
Must have managed end to end HR lifecycle for minimum 150+ employees.
Should be highly process oriented, having eye for details & having.
Thrust to create best in class HR systems.
Should be good in payroll processing, must have worked on PF/ESI/Min wages.
Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
Must be capable to work under pressure, creating win-win situation.
