Job Title: Professional Sales Executive
Job location: Hyderabad
Main purpose of the role
Basis the new GTM plans, and with the introduction of new businesses across categories in Personal Health, we have made a strategic choice aggressively drive business in new channels namely Pharma, Cosmetics, Groceries and Baby specialty stores. In content to this GTM approach, this position will be responsible for driving sales of Personal Health products across categories by building these new channels i.e. Pharmacy, Grocery and Cosmetics. The incumbent will be responsible for creating the strategy to enter new channels, pilot the strategy and plans in the top identified target cities in South India for these channels and then drive sales and execution to scale up our presence and extract business across all categories for Personal Health India in these channels. A critical part of this role will also be to identify and appoint the right distributors and channel partners, recruit the right sales force, and creating overall a winning proposition for us in these new channels.
You are responsible for
Pilot GTM strategy for new channels and scale up to top cities in South India.
Build a strong presence in new channels for Health & Wellness
Achieve top line target for new channels for the year by month by category
Achieve targets for Business Hygiene i.e. Collections, Overdues, Forecasting accuracy
Develop strong team for New channels including ASMs, SEs, DSOs etc.
Implement Way of Working as per guidelines
In store excellence and Activations as per guidelines
Drive key Sales Excellence initiatives in the New channel – Eg. DMS implementation, SFE, profitability, etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MBA in Marketing/Sales from Premier B-school with 8+ plus years in Sales
Experience in FMCG sector is desired
Experience in a Sales Leadership role for 4+ years is preferable
Strong Business acumen and team management skills
