We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
We have not authorised any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.

The Consulting Learning and Development team architects the development experience and solutions for the professionals working in Deloitte’s US India Consulting business.
Work you’ll do
Act as a strategic partner and consultative advisor to architect engaging, holistic development experiences through Programs and initiatives that create measurable value and impact for our people and the Consulting business in USI. Oversee a team of professionals to operationalize and execute the development priorities and assigned Talent Development Programs.
Partner with business and talent stakeholders to create the annual plan and delivery model for the assigned Talent Development Programs, defining the right mix and use of modalities, target audiences, timing, approach, etc., for the practitioners.
Execute on the annual plan with strong project management skills to monitor projects, financials, scope, issues, risks, timelines—by delivering quality development solutions that achieve desired business outcomes. Manage the budget to plan.
Support development of effective formal and informal learning solutions at scale and own the delivery of such solutions along with impact measurement, program revisions, communication etc.
Lead, inspire, and coach team members, fostering individual and team growth and agility through delegation, feedback, instruction, and encouragement—building on strengths and dissecting and developing areas for improvement.
Partner closely with learning teams across the US and USI to influence outcomes and gain alignment on development strategy across geographies
Use data throughout the development lifecycle to identify opportunities, inform decisions, test ideas, design and improve solutions, and measure impact.
Leverage technology to be able to scale operations to align to the anticipated growth of the Consulting business
Apply knowledge of learning and development best practices, tools and technology to advise on and evaluate options to elevate the learning strategy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
10-12 years of overall experience with at-least 8-10 years of relevant L&D experience
Experience in Planning and managing large scale Talent Development Programs.
Proven experience in building and maintaining effective cross-geo relationships with both business and Talent stakeholders
Ability to communicate with influence and impact, effectively conveying insights, a clear point of view and recommendations in ways that inspire action and advance business strategy.
Ability to navigate a matrixed global organization to gain clarity and drive alignment on development priorities
Ability to manage a high performing team of core learning and development professionals
Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to produce deliverables that carry a “stamp of excellence” In Excel, aggregate data, conduct complex analysis, and display results visually
In PowerPoint, translate data into insights and tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience that conveys clear, actionable recommendations
In Word, create clear, concise communications with a user-friendly layout conducive to cognition
Advanced degree in training and development / human resources development /education / organizational psychology or related field
Prior experience of working with a Consulting or Professional Services organization
Proven experience successfully leading a project portfolio including scoping, planning, budgeting, and delivering multiple concurrent, complex work streams in a matrixed organization
Established track record of taking a consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative learning solutions with measurable business results
Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with a high capacity for influence, collaboration, and consensus-building
Strong critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture
Initiative and passion for resolving complex business issues and moving solutions to the next level of impact and innovation
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
Some amount of travel could be required based on role responsibilities
