Key Responsibilities
Responsible to meet production targets as per production planning.
Control the raw material usage and wastage minimization.
Recommend improvements in Key Performance Indicators (Yield, Specific Power Consumption etc.).
Dealing and execution of production related activities at Shop Floor.
Carry out material balance calculation of produced batch/grade.
Root cause analysis & proposing corrective and preventive action for non-confirming products.
Should have good manpower handling experience. Direct contractual employees at shop-floor.
Ensure compliance of all corrective & Preventive actions to avoid repetition of Customer complaints.
Motivate shop floor employees including contract labors to maintain safety and 5S standards across the plant.
Maintain housekeeping standards in and around plant premises to ensure clean & safe work place.
Should have knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems
Required Qualifications
Diploma/CIPET/B. E. / B. Tech in Polymer / Plastic / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
2 to 3 Years of experience in Chemical / Plastic Compounding Industry
Should have knowledge on Extrusion and Injection molding machine
Good communication and interpersonal skill
