Xenonstack’s People Excellence team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. Talent Acquisition Manager responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates. If you have previous experience in a senior recruiting position and know how to build a strong employer brand, we’d like to meet you.
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of interpersonal skills and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with the employment legislature, and is informed in company hiring and internship programs. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals.
Strategize and implement high-level recruitment initiatives.
Develop a plan to address the current needs and create a roadmap for future growth opportunities.
Set up tools and applications required for the role and conduct experiments to optimize productivity.
Set up basic ways to measure performance at each conversion stage.
Analyze results, propose new strategies and implement them.
Train specialists in each field to take on successful experiments and optimize them for performance.
Organising programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organisation
Developing a Budget and operating a plan for the Program
Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
Lead all sourcing strategies
Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
Implement online and offline employer branding activities
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Highly analytical with strong people skills.
Ability to pick up the necessary skills or know-how to get the task at hand done.
Proven experience of past growth or program management is a strong plus.
Skilled with basic product and digital marketing tools, with the ability to learn new applications fast.
Knowledgeable of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
Good team-management abilities
