Deal Based Marketing (DBM) Manager will provide account based marketing support for all opportunities supported that fall under Cyient’s large deal program.
Applying a 360° marketing mix approach that includes intelligence gathering, customized and personalized communication, focused branding, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to support deal based marketing execution.
Support each deal with a blend of media and channels from initial awareness to closure.
Create deal specific strategies and intelligence driven narratives to drive awareness and build deal customer relationships
Conduct intelligence gathering on the deal (opportunity), executives/decision makers/influencers, competition and market impact to the deal to support customized and tailored communication.
Collaborate with market intelligence firms and resources to support deal intelligence build and sales, business development, bid and delivery teams for deal based marketing alignment.
Deliver messaging points for each buyer persona in the deal making process.
Develop customized marketing assets, based on intelligence collected, to provide a personalized experience for each deal customer.
Determine different tactics, avenues and channels to support and enhance deal-based marketing initiatives.
Develop innovative approaches to support deal-based personalization and deal customer collaboration.
Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence, Marketing, Communications, English, or related fields
5+ years of relevant experience in account based marketing, intelligence gathering and personalized communications
Skill Sets Required
Strong business acumen and understanding of account based marketing, deal based intelligence and customization
Support campaign initiatives from awareness to project closure
Familiar with executive bios/profiles, stakeholder mapping, and relationship tracking
Understanding the use of social media for intelligence gathering
Experience in personalizing content to a specific deal customer
Create different types of marketing content including but not limited to emails, ads, social media, websites/microsites, videos, immersive assets, etc.
Strong multi-tasking skills; comfortable working on multiple projects
Good communication skills, both written (PowerPoint, Word) and verbal English
ABM certified a plus
