Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is a leading provider of cash management, treasury, trade, custody, clearing, depositary receipts and agency and trust services.

Non Production Support (NPS) organization is a team of highly qualified engineers who manage, support all the Non Production environments for TTS channels portfolio of applications.


Role Description:
Role / Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Release manager to manage our Release Management function coordinating the various release implementations and manage the Agile transformation. The role will also be responsible to manage a team of Level 2 support and carry out Change and Release implementation tasks for Electronic Banking Channel Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management: Review and Approve Change controls for various environments planned for Electronic Banking suite of applications. Extensive management of the team and help with coordination of change control processes and activities over support of implementation/execution of events with Technical Project Managers, Testing teams, Production Support, Technology Infrastructure teams. The role will also require review/approve vendor based changes. Deployment, administration and operational support of (staging, test and development) environments for multiple projects using WebSphere Application Server.
Release Implementation Management: Own and manage planning and outlining complex dependencies, timelines to coordinate major technology releases involving participation from various teams across the organization. Resolve and manage a forward looking view of all major events being planned throughout the course of calendar year. Responsible for providing timelines, directions and guidelines for managing the environments across various releases and application releases.
Infrastructure Program Management: Manage tech mandatory projects for various infrastructure initiatives. Plan, Coordinate, tollgate various phases in the projects lifecycle with key stakeholders ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of technical solutions to meet the Program's objective.
Oversee the procurement costs and approval process flow with Infrastructure Technology teams and Application managers.
Experience with Single Sign On Integration, 3DNS/VIP setups, SSL configuration, LDAP, Certificate Management, Networking is a MUST. Experience with Linux (shell/batch scripting and server management), Java, .Net, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle/SQL Server database (SQL, backup and recovery)

Bachelors degree with Computer Science major
Preferred ITIL Project management related certification.

Technical / Functional Proficiency:
Experience and Skills:
An expert in JIRA, uDeploy, BitBucket, ServiceNow
An Expert in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
Excellent understanding of IT Support with AIX, Linux, Sun Solaris, MQ, Oracle, Java, SQL, NDM, TIBCO, IIS knowledge
Project Management experiences.
Prior experience in large scale enterprise application development, capacity planning, optimization, re-engineering, performance fine tuning and cost optimization.
Strong team player with direct and matrix management skills. Flexible and being able to manage time effectively.
Ability to Manage Change and Release implementation
Experience in leading staff in a Shared Services group in a high availability / mission critical environment.
Preferred production support experience

Technical Skills:
Data base – Oracle, functional knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL database script
Unix Shell scripting, WebSphere, Windows IIS
Experience in TIBCO (MQ/NDM) technology
Expertize in ITIL methodologies, lifecycle and certification
Understanding of deployment (automation – uDeploy), Service Now, Teamcity, JIRA, HPALM and experience on DevOps (BitBucket, TFS) or Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
ITRS monitoring tools exposure and experienced in handling ITRS gateway
Understanding of deployment (automation – uDeploy), Service Now, Teamcity, JIRA, HPALM and experience on DevOps (BitBucket, TFS) or Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

Leadership Skills:
Experience managing a team of vendor resources.
