Location: Bangalore, India
Roles & Responsibilities:
Will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency
Update all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints
Generic & Specific Skillset:
Good communication skills
Knowledge in MS Office
Qualifications: +2/Graduates
