About the Job Role
The Gainsight marketing team is growing rapidly while at the same time running multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives to capture the unique marketing opportunity that is ahead of us. Scaling our team and our programs requires tight coordination between multiple teams within marketing and outside of marketing.
This role is part of the Marketing Technology & Effectiveness (MT&E) organization. This individual will be 100% focused on enabling the marketing organization to successfully deliver on complex cross-team projects. As you will be working closely with teams in the US, EMEA and other regions - your working hours will be adjusted in a way so that there is an overlap with different time zones for coordination.

What You’ll Do Here
Owning and driving complex cross-team programs, projects, and initiatives affecting goals and objectives within and outside of the marketing organization
Delivering on many unrelated initiatives at the same time, and facilitating the process of effectively prioritising between them
Identifying, initiating, and implementing process and project management improvements
Enabling the leadership team across marketing to identify and address a variety of campaign program plans, tasks, and milestones
What we are Looking For
4+ years of experience working in a program management role for a dynamic SaaS of Software company, working directly with marketing teams
Passion for collaborating with and motivating cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience with SaaS-based project management tools like Monday.com
An understanding of common marketing programs and the components that make up those programs (e.g. website development, digital campaigns, event management, content creation in multiple formats etc)
Bonus if you have:
Certified Scrum Master / other Agile certifications
Experience working with one or more agile tools such as JIRA
Experience working for an Enterprise Software company
Experience managing continuous delivering of functionality for enterprise software, SaaS or any other software involving complex engineering
Experience working with highly distributed teams
