Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Monitor & communicate the efficiency savings accrued from continuous improvement initiatives
Manage business stakeholders across different levels and build strong relationship
Ensure requests on supported tools are dealt with effectively and efficiently
Program manage strategic projects and initiatives independently
Co-partner on execution of global projects specific to SE function
Establish governance structure for key initiatives driven
As a team member, assist in providing smooth delivery of internal project/program outcomes
Other Key Initiatives
Co-partner on driving Quality Culture building initiatives like Quality contests/Quality week etc. (work with different functions like Performance Excellence etc. on the same)
Co-partner on automation of GSS Service Line & SE Dashboards
Drive engagement activities across SE

Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Delivering within tight timelines
Takes ownership of tasks (End to End)
