The SFDC Project Manager is accountable for the overall delivery of services for owned projects. They will be responsible for the overall management of core project elements, including: gathering functional requirements, driving the overall definition of the solution, facilitating client meetings and delivering overall success. The SFDC Project Manager will also coordinate internal resources with team leads to ensure that timelines are met.

Project Management Demonstrated ability to effectively drive positive change through holding others accountable for execution and results in a collaborative environment. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure.
Define, develop, and actively manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff, ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks.
Comply with project governance metrics that provide internal visibility of projects health. Work with Resource Management to ensure company-wide goals for resource utilization are achieved.
Customer Satisfaction Strive to achieve a referenceable result from each project. Obtain a client satisfaction rating per project and achieve a score at or exceeding corporate target benchmark.
Clearly define and articulate project risk items to client in a way that the risks are understood.
Quality Management Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards. Promotes teamwork and culture of accountability.
Provide quality project deliverables including kickoff presentations, project plans, status reports, budget burn reports, requirements and design documentation, and deployment plans. Assist in quality testing the application prior to user testing.
5 - 10 years of project management experience in a variety of industries and business areas
5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Integrations utilizing proven project management processes and framework is a big plus
Knowledge of various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, architecture design, development, enhancements, testing
Experience with Agile Methodology
Experience defining detailed project scope and plans from business and technology objectives
Ability to manage the delivery team through the entire project lifecycle to include: requirements analysis, conceptual design, detailed design, quality assurance and testing, change management and training.
Strong executive presence and ability to work closely with senior IT and business leaders to ensure that delivery expectations are developed, managed and met
Experience in leading and directing all levels of project team members, including business and technology resources, to achieve project and program objectives.
Ability to perform work with minimal management oversight.
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership in the business and within IT and tailor communications to all levels within the organization including Executive Management.
Ability to rapidly accept and assimilate changes (organization, process, or technology) and quickly focus on achieving post-change results
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead large, diverse teams
Strong analytical skills and experience in identifying and resolving project issues
Broad technical and business knowledge and with the ability to learn rapidly and independently
