Rekhaprocity is seeking a senior sales executive to join our Partnerships team. The Head of Brand Partnerships will drive revenue for Rekhaprocity through partnerships with leading Brands and their agency partners. This person will interface directly with both marketers and their agencies and will grow client/agency relationships with major brands in the CPG, Tech, Telco, Auto and Consumer Electronics categories.

The ideal candidates must have a passion for great customer service and delivering results to clients that are on target and on time. This person will work with closely with Rekhaprocity partnership managers on each program to ensure flawless execution and both continued and growing partnerships. This ideal style is someone who is consultative, able to inspire/educate, and very comfortable with high complexity deal making.

Principle Responsibilities :
  • Build and lead Rekhaprocity's Brand Partnership team
  • Evangelize the Rekhaprocity business value proposition to the India's largest brands and their agency partners
  • Build and close a pipeline of campaigns and partnerships with the top CPGs, CE, Tech OEMs, and auto manufacturers
  • Develop strong creative proposals that bring Rekhaprocity's value proposition to life
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and other business health KPIs
  • Travel and visit partners and agencies to build/nurture relationships
  • Identify and oversee account growth and relationships for a focused list of partners Interface with executives and day-to-day contacts at partner organizations
  • Turn campaign based relationships into long term strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with the partnership managers to execute flawlessly
Experience And Skills :
  • 5+ years' work experience in media sales
  • Strong existing relationships with brands and agencies
  • Excellent client management and communication/ interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills, written and oral
  • Ability to think analytically and create quality reporting
  • Knowledge of new media/marketing channels, monetization models, business landscape
  • Must be self-starter, organized, detail oriented Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including Content, Product, Finance, Legal and the Executive Leadership team
  • Experience and expertise in mobile and/or interactive media
Education Requirements :
  • B Com / BA/ BS in Business or related field required
