You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertical and help us in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, onboarding employees, performance management, training, and organization development and culture.
You will be working as a part of Recruitment team which uses Talent Supply Chain Management approach to securing and optimizing talent supply and services through all input channels to meet the workforce needs of Accenture, enabling them to meet their strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for Talent Acquisition where in as a recruiter you will ensure the business requests are executed as per the contractually agreed timelines adhering to metrices of cost, time taken to identify and quality of hiring a candidate. You will be responsible to manage the end to end recruiting life cycle of a candidate in terms of sourcing/scheduling and offer negotiation until the candidate onboards. The most important aspect of this role is to drive candidate experience and Hiring manager satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through pre cedent and referral to general guidelines. Expected interaction is within own team and direct supervisor. Detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments would be provided. Decisions impact own work. Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
