The Publication Support Services unit provides end-to-end publication support to authors across the globe.
The function of the Publication Support Specialist is to facilitate the process of meeting client requirements towards successful publication for scientific research manuscripts. This forms part of the core delivery process to maintain quality standards and provide seamless coordination between the subject area experts working on the manuscript and the client’s requirements and overall experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
Our editing team provides language and other publication support services to authors across the globe. Our clients are predominantly researchers whose first language is not English.
As an Associate Publications Coordinator, you are required to meet client requirements towards achieving successful publication for scientific research manuscripts. You will be required to project manage a research manuscript through the publication cycle and perform quality assurance checks on the following processes: (1) journal selection (2) technical critique (3) scientific writing to ensure that they meet the standards of international publications.
Your role will primarily involve (a) client communication, (b) coordination with internal and external stakeholders to meet client requirements, and (c) completing the projects within prespecified timelines. In addition, you will perform root cause analysis on client complaints to identify and implement sustainable solutions.

A post-graduation degree (Master’s, PhD, etc.)
