Job Responsibilities
Influence partners to drive the sales of airtel products and services based on appropriate customer segment for each store
Understand market dynamics and drive channel partners towards raising the customer pool
Ensure a consistent store experience for customers: complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient
Plan local area catchment programs by coordinating with the Circle marketing team
Ensure total compliance to processes and systems
Support the hiring process by identifying talent
Identify gaps & recommend solutions to improve the induction & training strategy of store staff
Ensure Circle support to manage exceptional escalations
Scout for opportunities for new airtel franchise stores as per requirement

Skills Required
Ability to influence external partners and drive business objectives
Create a business case to demonstrate potential based on the market
Manage large teams of off – roll employees
Ability to analyze data and derive insights
Entrepreneurial skills to plan a business from scratch
Educational Qualifications
Graduate, preferably MBA
Work Experience
4 – 6 years
Preferably 2 years in a retail Business Operations role

Purpose & Impact
A unique opportunity to oversee the successful operations of airtel franchise stores (12 - 15) to ensure amazing Customer Experience while driving Sales targets. Liaison with Circle Sales & Customer Experience teams to ensure that stores receive the requisite support, while complying with pre-defined guidelines
