Experience (Min of 3 years) with handling 50+ team size with diverse technology and across Dev, QA, Support, Release
Experience (Min of 3 years) with directly handling US client
Solid end-to-end project management experience, frompre-salestodeliver, including requirement analysis, scoping, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and customer management.
Solid experience, responding to RFPs within the account, which includes developing architecture proposal, estimations, scoping, pricing (keeping P&L) in to account, and submission of the response in a timely mannerExperience and Expertise:
Person should have managed Large accounts as a Program Manager or a Delivery Manager with onsite-offshore model
Strong Tenure and Track record in stake holder management
Should have experience in Application management development, maintenance, Support, QA- Automation, & Release
B2B eCommerce domain knowledge will be a big plus
Oracle PL-SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance tuning,
Java, J2EE, Spring Framework
Front End tech - Angular, Dojo
Weblogic exposure is a must
CI/CD Jenkins like technologies
Experience in Agile and Scrum, CSM certified will be big plus
Integration experience with SAP and Salesforce will be a plus, but not a must
Project Management experience in handling multiple simultaneous projects.
