Job Description: -
The role is accountable for the day-to-day activities in-store execution in Modern Trade accordance with overall company policy.
MT Personal will visit Retail outlet like Big-bazar, Hyper-city, D-mart, TESCO etc. and will manage, build strong business relationships with all the key supermarket accounts under your portfolio.
Responsible for the sales performance of Modern Trade Channel for the assigned Territory within in region. He/she assist the Key Accounts Manager (KAM) in delivering the overall regional sales objectives, supervises, fine-tunes and monitors the execution and takes pro-active initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the companies’ policies and strategies.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure that sales are developed as per specifications and schedule.
Become the central source of knowledge of the possibilities in terms of opening new accounts with Modern
Coordinate with client for product display in retails outlets.
Regular visit for Stock count and Product reorders.
In-charge of new vendor development. Must constantly identify and evaluate vendors to source new and required stock.
Maintain vendor relationships.
Liasoning with plant /depot for material arrangement.
Ensure product display at store level
Extensive tours during month (must be willing to travel)
