Manager - Talent Acquisition (South) - (19000IEA)
Ø You will be responsible for Sourcing across ALL lines of the Retail Asset Lending Businesses including exposure to various levels across the organization across all locations in South.
Ø The role involves Team-Handling: Manage a team of about two Recruiters who will be actively involved in self-sourcing CVs for various vacancies that exist within the organisation.
Ø You will aspire to reach the defined recruitment / hiring targets within acceptable TATs.
Ø Regularly speak-to Business and Function Heads to better understand the positions
Ø Prepare JDs for positions where a Job Description is currently not available so that the team can reach-out to suitable candidates.
Ø Sourcing candidates through a variety of sources such as ….
o Internal Database of candidates.
o Job Portals, (Naukri / LinkedIn, etc).
o Corporate Websites Career Page.
o Recruitment consultancies
o Internal Referrals
Ø Guide and assist the sourcing team to post jobs, interview and assess candidates so that the best-fit candidates are sourced for the position being evaluated.
Ø Have discussions on Experience and initial Salary discussions with shortlisted candidates.
Ø Continually engage with businesses to ensure the best candidates are selected.
Ø Ensuring that the team schedules interviews with the CVs shortlisted by business and ensure maximum interview attendance.
Ø Adherence to TATs, including accurately recording all activities on Resourcing Management System (Taleo).
Ø Preparation of MIS and other Management Reporting needs to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Post Graduate (preferably in HR).
At least 6 to 10 years of rich Talent Acquisition experience.
