Job Description of DGM Finance
1 Commercial evaluation of business proposal, schemes, programs of Vendors and Customers
2 Evaluation of commercial agreements, tendering and contracts
3 Management of Vendor debit claims, collections, Vendor Visits and finance to finance connect.
4 Preparation of SOPs, policies related to Business Commercial
5 Review of Financial systems and processes related to business commercial
6 Periodic review with Business to understand terms of trade
7 Team management, motivating and coaching of the team members
8 Effcetive MIS and presentations to senior mangement
9 Managing Pass through and other sales commercial actitivities of Customers in terms of Schemes, Incentives, programs
1 Sound commercial knowledge of costing, impact to margins etc.
2 Sound commercial knowledge on impact of taxation.
3 Good understanding and grasping of complex schemes and programs
4 Hands on knowledge in Spreadsheet, PPT
5 Ability to articulate and communicate with seniors and peers
6 Relationship building skills with vendor and other members of the group
