Job Profile
We are looking for a responsible Admin Manager to perform a variety of general administrative activities which includes supporting our senior management and other employees by assisting in daily office needs.The right candidate would be systematic, meticulous and have the proficiency to organize and schedule appointments efficiently.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for making travel bookings including VISA processing for the CEO and other critical members of the company.
Prepare reports, develop and maintain appropriate filling system.
Manage office supplies of stationery and other necessary items & maintain records for the same.
Efficient in calendar management – prioritizing, updating and ensuring the meetings happen in efficient manner.
Responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.
Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, office boys and security.
Ability to interact efficiently with employees and external vendors.
Develop the necessary policies and procedures required for all functions within the scope of administration.

Desired skills & experience:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration.
