The team is responsible for comprehensive client coverage for Local Corporates and Financial Institutions across India. Clients are mapped to specific senior bankers who in conjunction with the junior bankers are responsible for revenue targets. This will involve close partnership with product teams and other stakeholders in ensuring seamless client experience.
Supporting bankers in marketing activities such as preparing client pitches
Managing the entire transaction deal lifecycle: Balance Sheet Committee approvals, Credit committee approvals, Pricing approvals, document negotiation, KYC, etc.
Assisting bankers with internal record-keeping activities such as deal pipeline and monitoring
Responsible for preparing client account plans by working together with product partners
Will involve regular client interaction – be the first point of contact at a level below the Treasurer
Coordinate with product partners, credit, legal, compliance and operations in serving client requirements
Successful track record and ability to influence key stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and work with variety of people, including bankers in other countries, product partners, credit, senior management and operations support
Build client relationships by proactively calling on the client counterparts
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Post-graduation: MBA / CA from a reputed institute preferred
Minimum: 2-4 years of work experience
