A completed graduate degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Robotics/Mechatronics/Electrical/Production/Industrial/Aeronautical) is preferred.
A completed graduate degree with curriculum related to Materials Management / Supply Chain Management is preferred.
0-4 years (Procurement related).
Graduation mechanical engineering with course curriculum specializing in materials management and supply chain management
Work experience: 0-4 years
Good knowledge of Sourcing and quality check processes.
Extensive knowledge of materials movements processes and regulatory checks and balances
Sound knowledge and understanding of store requirements for automotive and robotics parts, tools is essential
Good command over MS Office e.g. office and excel
Good communication skills and command over English is desirable.
Proficiency in SAP is encouraged
Willing to make long term commitment (3 years)
Well acquainted with Ecommerce channels such as Ebay, Amazon, RobotShop etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Co-ordinate with the various departments in the organization and arrange for procurement and management of required components/materials
Process Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders with required approvals of the higher authorities.
Process outward and inward movement of capital assets and stocks
Ensure daily interim control on the issuing of P&E (production and engineering) spares and stocks
Maintain and ensure controlled withdrawal of commercial shelf items
Monitor loan and calibration of P&E tooling.
Solve discrepancies raised by the inventory/audit section
Liaise with the line maintenance on requirement and placement of outstation stock holdings
Supervision and administration of the binning section
Ensure that the bin items do not have external physical damage and are attached with correct part number, correct physical quantity, serviceable labels and shelf life labels (if applicable)
Responsible for repacking of spares
Segregation of spares category e.g., rotable, repairable, consumable etc.
Update data in the ERP
