Investigation about the different online frauds and troubleshooting issues for the genuine users.
Managing early detection, prevention and minimization of losses by reviewing suspected transactions as generated by transaction monitoring systems.
Administering confidential information in accordance with privacy policies.
Executing day-to-day resolution of complex problems and escalating client complaints.
Determining existing fraud trends and assisting in the prevention of future trends.
Working with peers and managers to communicate fraud trends and sharing best practices, ideas and information.
Identifying behavioral patterns and classifying the same according to risk scenarios.
Maintaining and exceeding established standards for customer service, and resolving complex issues.
Identifying business areas requiring increased security controls to protect an organization and its end-users from future risk.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working experience in BPO/KPO/ Call centre would be preferred.
Must have strong problem solving skills.
Attitude to resolve issues/tasks end to end.
Should be self-organized with regards to work.
