- Revenue generation by selling “IT Infrastructure Services & Solutions (Datacenter Solution, SERVER & STORAGE Solutions)” in Government Sector and Private Sector.
- Participate in Government Procurement Projects through tenders.
- Visiting, meeting and building relationship in government sector.
- Working in co-ordination with Sales, Presales, Account Managers and Project Managers.
- Co-ordination with all team (Sales team, Purchase team, Technical support, Operations Team) to process bid/Tender related activities and PO related process.
- Regularly interacting with end user, customers for closed deals to make customer satisfy.
- Coordination and Price negotiation with OEM’s.
- Co-ordination with internal team as well as external team and giving them complete backend support.
- Prepare quotation as per customer requirement and share with partners & Customers.
- Handle customer query related to product via call or Email.
- Maintaining Daily calls report, funnel report & MIS.
- Payment follow-ups with customers and partners.
