Ensure BAU adherence of CKYC, Re KYC, Inactive & Dormant process
Ensure BAU process for CKYC and customer life cycle events.
Review and implement new processes/initiatives post necessary approvals, which will help in robust checks in customer on-boarding process and drive DFNO.
Ensure adherence of controls, risk and RBI CIP & CAP guidelines along with India KYC guidelines, including de-dup exception handling, PAN & Aadhaar Name mismatch for digi.
Regulatory guidelines are adhered to as per defined guidelines by L&C and RBI.
Obtain minimum satisfactory audit rating for the team
Ensure and implement BOD & EOD controls on exception activities
Outbound call to customers for KYC/AML checks
Ensure defect management and tracking of Tech Incident / Dispute Escalation
Ensure mandatory training hours are achieved and met
Ensure the project requirements are reviewed from CBO process, functions, T&O risk and align with regulation before submission.
Liaise with UAT vendor /technology on a regular basis to achieve seamless implementation of project solutions.
Define Test scenarios, Test cases and support UAT from e2e perspective.
Manage defects in UAT and post go-live to ensure quality delivery of the project
